Single Deck tram No.4 swings onto the promenade at Rhos-on-Sea
having just descended from Whitehall Road
prior to the line being doubled
Entered service in 1907 - scrapped 1933
Note the old pier at Rhos Point, which like the tramway was scrapped many years ago
