Car Parking in Snowdonia is very limited and can be expensive if a space can be found

The alternative is to leave your car behind and use the
Snowdon Sherpa Bus network

It is possible to make a day trip round Snowdon from Betws-y-Coed
every day throughout the year

(except Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day)


Suggested itineraries are shown below and all the trips featured can all be done for just 6.80 using a
"Red Rover"
(gives you maximum flexibility in case you want to change your plans en-route #)

    All other local connecting bus journeys remain unalterd

09.10 - Sherpa journey     C - the Sherpa continues to Caernarfon     * - the Sherpa starts from "platform 2" which is outside Betws-y-Coed railway station and also picks up on the main road at the church,  the bridge and the pottery    
## - a later alternative non-Sherpa return service is available via Blaenau Ffstiniog arrive 1708, depart 1740    
Beddgelert --- time for a short stroll along the side of the River Glaslyn past Gelert's Grave to the Aberslaslyn pass        
# # - if you are feeling more energetic,   why not alight from the Sherpa at Pont Aberglaslyn (arrive 14.09) and walk along the Fisherman's Path    
to Beddgelert ----- suitable shoes should be worn as the path can be wet and muddy at any time of the year !
