C G N    Summer Timetable
Advance Information 2013

Timetabled sailing for 2013 are planned to be similar to 2012
again operated by the five operational paddle steamers
with the following minor changes........

Spring and Autumn 2013
The afternoon sailing from Lausanne to Montreux will be extended to Château-de-Chillon
(similar to the morning sailing)
Both these will normally be operated by a paddle steamer on Saturdays, Sundays and local holidays

Summer 2013
The local sailings from Geneva - which were suspended due to damage to PS Savoie in 2012 - will operate as previously "planned"

The evening sailing from Lausanne to Thonon-les-Bains by PS Rhône will be diverted to Montreux
as an extension of the mid-afternoon sailing from Geneva - almost a reinstatement of the old traditional "Grand Races" !

(this will enable the evening commuter run to revert to a high-speed "Navibus")

Autumn and Winter 2013
MPV Vevey is planned to return to service in the Autumn following a major re-build
Based on previous years it is expected she will operate out of Lausanne to the Upper Laker at weekends
With her refurbished dining facilities, she may well also operate the weekly evening Dinner Cruise

MPV Helvétie
Will continue to be moored off the Lausanne Olympic site and again be open to the public as a floating museum
