S G V    Summer Timetable
Advance Information - Summer 2021

Following a dramatic drop in the number of passengers carried during summer 2020 as a result of the Coronavirus restriction
the SGV have announced there will be shorter season in 2021
- together with a reduction in the number of overall timetabled sailings
- particularly on the Alpnachstad and Küssnacht routes

The paddle steamers will not start until 1st May but the good news
is PS Stadt Luzern will return to service after her major re-build

On the downside PS Schiller is to remain laid-up all year as an economy measure

A "welcome Parade" for the return to service of the flagship
PS Stadt Luzern along with all the operational paddle steamers
is also planned for the start of the summer

In addition, there will be the usual selection of special Lunch and Dinner cruises as well as other 'events' throughout the year
but the question of any Fireworks cruises still awaits a ruling from
the Swiss Authorities
(who cancelled all similar gatherings in 2020)
