N L G    Summer Timetable Advance Information 2004

I am unaware of any major changes expected to take place this Winter to either MPV Italia or MPV G Zanardelli In these circumstances, it is expected both motor paddle vessels will again remain based at the Southern end of the lake and normally operate short timetabled sailings instead of smaller motor vessels during the peak-season similar to Summer 2003 (ie - starting from Peschiera and Desenzano respectively) on a non-advertised basis It is also possible MPV Italia will again operate the odd full-length sailings as happened on (at least) Sunday 25th May 2003 and Monday 2nd June 2003

The timings below show the basic 2003 paddle steamer timetable with some detailed timing information updated in BOLD extracted from official "excursion leaflets" note specially - so far, there is nothing to indicate that the motor paddle vessels will change sailing rosters from those operated over the last couple of seasons, but confirmation is still awaited Clearly from the above, some easing out of sailing time between certain piers is planned for 2004, no doubt to help eliminate some of the late running which occured on several occasions last year
