H S G    Summer Timetable Advance Information - Summer 2020

PS Hohentwiel - the only operational paddle steamer on the lake will not operate to any regular timetable Besides a large number of private charter sailings, she sails most other days during the summer on public special sailings to German, Austrian and Swiss piers There are only a limited number of Swiss sailings (from Arbon, Romanshorn and Rorschach) also others from Konstanz harbour - which is just 3 a minute train connection "across the border" Following the successful "Dinner and Theatre" cruises to Bregenz (for the theatre - then return by coach) and the afternoon "two Ship" cruises - one way by PS Hohentwiel and the other by mv Oesterreich (built in 1928) - a considerable number of the limited sailings from the Swiss ports come into one or other of thesecategories Surprisingly this year there are no cruises shown to operate on Swiss National Day - Saturday 1st August Click here for the Lake Konstanz index page for further details Please e-mail if you become aware of any other sailings
