The former paddle steamer was finally towed from Geneva Jardin-Anglais to Ouchy dock on Monday 8th September by mv Léman, leaving her static base of over 40 years at approx 1600
Despite a 'court order' banning demolition until 15th October, scrapping then commenced as there was no acceptable financial package for an eleventh hour 'rescue'

2002 Originally planned to be towed to Ouchy works during the Summer of 2002 for scrapping,  but this was deferred pending "construction of a new unloading dock"

1962 Withdrawn from passenger service and engine removed
Retained as static office and restaurant for the next 40 years
