Z S G    Summer Timetable Advance Information - Summer 2006

Work has started on the major re-build of PS Stadt Rapperswil following completion of her 2005 season and she is expected to be back in service by the beginning of June 2006 to meet the advertised timetabled services PS Stadt Zürich is expected to start the sailings on her own commencing at either Easter or Swiss Navigation Day, depending on the weather similar to 2004 when only PS Stadt Rapperswil was operational As in previous years, the advertised dates the paddle steamers are in service are intended as a 'guide' as they do not sail usually in bad weather No changes to the sailings operated are planned but according to the official "Trips on Lake Zurich" booklet for 2006 they are shown to sail daily throughout June, July, August and September - considerably longer than in 2005 If YOU have any further information, please e-mail me and I will post it for the benefit of other visitors to this site
