throughout the whole of the 2007 summer season although

The extended overhaul of mv Säntis meant PS Stadt Zurich entered service on Sunday 1st April and by Sunday 15th April both paddle steamers were in regular service | |
2006 | PS Stadt Zürich opened the season on Easter Sunday 16th April operating sailings 111-112 vice to regular motor vessel |
Timetabled sailings remained basically similar to 2005 throughout the whole of the 2006 summer season although some sailings advertised for paddle steamers were replaced by motor vessels due to the shortage of steam-trained engineerds | |
PS Stadt
Rappperswil returned to service after her major re-build over the
previous winter commencing with a special
parade along with her sister
from Zurick to Rapperswil on Tuesday 30th May Despite the rain both paddle steamers undertook a 45 minute "Schiffsballett" off Rapperswil | |
The "peak-season" which required both paddle steamers be be in service daily was extended to cover the whole of July and August rather than just the traditional four peak weeks | |
2005 | Owing to poor weather over the Easter period, neither paddle steamer entered service until Swiss Navigation Day at the end of April |
