SUMMER SUNDAY TRIPS from BETWS-Y-COED
all year round Gwynfor Coaches "S1" Sherpa mid-winter	SWALLOW FALLS AND CAPEL CURIG by	"S4" Pen-y-Pass - Beddgelert Gwynfor Coaches Sherpa "S4" Beddgelert - Porthmadog
These trips depart SWALLOW FALLS approximately seven minutes later also CAPEL CURIG approximately twelve minutes later

Car Parking in Snowdonia is very limited and can be expensive if a space can be found

The alternative is to leave your car behind and use the
Snowdon Sherpa Bus network

It is possible to make a day trip round Snowdon from Betws-y-Coed
every day throughout the year
(except Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day)

Suggested timings are shown below and all the trips featured can all be done for just £6.00 #
using a "1bws (one bus)" Day Rover which is valid all day on any bus in the area
- this gives you the flexibility to change your mind if you suddenly decide to go elsewhere or stop off en-route !
(Purchase from the driver of your first bus)

Due to so many last-minute changes to the various services in the area, unfortunately many official websites (including the TravelineCymru "Journey Planner") continue to show journeys which have either been "CHANGED" or sometimes even "WITHDRAWN"

Throughout Snowdonia there are unfortunately numerous cases of "sub-standard" connections which are NOT recognised by the TravelineCymru "Journey Planner" (as they are less than 5 minutes) - eg

..........they are included to draw your attention to the fact that if everything is 'spot on time' and you are "very quick" - it can sometimes get you to your destination considerably earlier

# - this "S4" Sherpa is ADVERTISED to work through from Pen-y-Pass to Morfa Bychan (for Black Rock Sands) via Beddgelert and Porthmadog
-- the destination indicator on the front of the bus may show "Beddgelert" or "Porthmadog" or Morfa Bychan or Black Roak Sands (sometimes changing en-route)
- in all cases there is always only ONE bus so make sure you are not left behind !!!

Beddgelert --- time for a short stroll along the side of the River Glaslyn past Gelert's Grave to the Aberslaslyn pass

$ - if you are feeling more energetic, why not alight from the Sherpa at Pont Aberglaslyn (arrive approx 20 minuites
after leaving Porthmadog) and walk along the Fisherman's Path to Beddgelert
----- suitable shoes should be worn as the path can be wet and muddy at any time of the year !
